About the Role:

Epsilon empowers brands to activate first-party data for personalized customer experiences across the entire open web. Epsilon APAC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist, who will play the role of being a ‘Trusted Partner’ to the APAC HRBP community, business managers on various people matters like enabling change, talent and performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and relations, policies, process and systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with business and APAC HRBPs to generate value, drive business outcomes by understanding business priorities and driving people initiatives.
  • Partner with business and APAC HRBPs to identify and develop key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retention.
  • Support APAC HRBPs in the planning and executing of HR programmes and initiatives for the region.
  • Identify and address critical people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in line with local and regional policies/practices, and are applied consistently throughout assigned BUs and ensure fairness across the organization.
  • Embed analytics to enable data-based decisions – report on key HR metrics, dashboard, labor market trends for HR community and business groups.
  • Support the Singapore office in its office management and administrative functions as the Epsilon entity’s main POC.
  • Support APAC Business Leaders in scheduling critical internal and external business events and activities.
  • Partner with HR COEs on implementing various HR programmes including HRIS, performance management, compensation and benefit, policies, culture, HR compliance and audits, enterprise wide management initiatives, talent development programs, diversity & internal communications.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR Administration and Operations.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related fields.
  • IHRP-CP or SHRM-CP certification.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant employment legislation, compensation & benefits law and the ability to exercise judgement and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and be flexible in an ever-changing, agile business environment.
  • Willingness to learn, grow and tackle expanded duties as business needs evolve.
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly.
  • Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results for the organization.
  • Show courage and confidence to speak up skillfully, challenging others even when confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (should be skilled in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Act with maturity, integrity, impartiality, and independence, balancing functional, organizational and legal parameters.
