Job Details: The Senior HR Executive will oversee all facets of employee engagement and interaction within our company, including daily operations, payroll, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

Oversee the full spectrum of the HR lifecycle, including Compensation & Benefits Administration, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management, and Disciplinary & Grievance processes.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with established timelines.
Review and optimize company policies and processes for enhanced efficiency.
Assist in developing salary benchmarking and an internal salary structure.
Manage work passes and quota administration.
Prepare onboarding materials for new employees and coordinate with various departments for new employee orientation.
Monitor employee confirmation processes until completion.
Conduct exit interviews and manage the clearance process.
Manage employee data and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Generate reports and analytics using the system.
Consolidate daily personnel movements and prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
Handle annual income tax filing and submission of government-paid leave.
Participate in additional HR projects as assigned.
