Job Description:
Manage day-to-day HR activities, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare administration.
Oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Support internal and external audits.
Assist with campus recruitment, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers, recruitment partners, etc.).
Compile and analyze HR statistics and reports for improvement.
Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
Independent worker with strong teamwork capabilities.
Professional and responsive communication with all levels, internally and externally.
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, well-organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Technical Recruitment experience is preferred.
