Oversee payroll processing for an approximately 500+ headcounts and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, accurate payroll reporting, bonus provisions & all required statutory reporting and audit of payroll function
Prepare and handle all statutory submission, such as CPF submissions, IR8A, IR21, government paid leave claims, NS claims, employment wages, SEC, EEC, and etc
In-charge of tracking attendance records and manual attendance records for computation of payments
Maintain employee records and leave administration within the HR system and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
Ensure employee benefits including claims and reimbursements as per guidelines and regulations
Responsible for annual renewal of group insurance schemes - negotiation, overseeing data submission & communication
Responsible for staff insurance claim and handle staff WICA claims (which include file WSH Incident report to MOM) and follow up with the insurer on the claim process
Ensure that all C&B policies and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide recommendation as new regulations are enacted
Prepare monthly payroll reports and HR data analytics reporting as required by HR Team or business needs
Taking part in market survey exercise and JTC renewal exercise
Support Manager on annual budgeting exercise and C&B project
Support Manager and administering all compensation and benefits programs designed to attract and retain employees
Preparation of HR letters, including but not limited to letters of certification, promotion and etc
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave and other HR-related matters and ensure confidentiality
Perform any other duties assigned by superior
Requirement
Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources and Compensation & Benefit function with hands-on payroll experience
Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft a must)
Proficient in other Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) to translate analysis into concise and clear management reports/presentations
Possesses a highly numeric, analytical mind with superb attention to detail and good statistical skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility & maturity when dealing with confidential information
