Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are currently seeking for Senior HR Executive to be part of HR team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
Able to handle full spectrum of HR areas, except recruitment and training L&D
Well versed with monthly payroll processing (headcount is about 200)
Coordinating work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation
Coordinating onboarding/offboarding
Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Employment Act, WICA, HR practices and policies.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Attention to detail and meticulous in managing employee records and HR documentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
