Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, requirements, and initiatives of the organization aligned with the overall business strategy.
Handle the onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Collaborate with relevant departments on employee orientation and job induction programs.
Update JDs regularly to ensure relevancy and reflect actual job requirements and duties.
Payroll processing:
Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll, commission calculation, and all payroll-related reports.
Attend to employee payroll-related enquiries.
Submit relevant government surveys.
Assist in:
Assist in the full spectrum of HR, HR projects, initiatives, or events as required, which include but are not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management implementation, Annual Team Building, Staff Dinner, system migrations, and implementations.
Guide and train junior department staff.
Support and assist in various ongoing staff engagement programs.
Assist in identifying the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources-related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Able to manage documentation in Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees.
Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (well-versed in Vlookup, IF, and SUMIF functions, pivot tables, and charts).
Open to working in indoor and outdoor environments and on weekends if needed.
