Job description

We are looking for a dedicated individual with expertise in Payroll to join our team as Senior HR Executive.

Job Description

  1. Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for full-timers and part-timers including reconciliation of attendance and leaves, wage calculations, deductions, CPF submission, tax clearance for work pass holders, updating HRMS records, and government paid leave claims.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies.
  3. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters while ensuring confidentiality.
  4. Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
  5. Assist in annual performance appraisals and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
  6. Review compensation structures to ensure competitiveness within the Singapore market, benchmarking against industry standards.
  7. Draft and issue HR-related documents such as staff memos, disciplinary letters, and promotion letters.
  8. Prepare and submit statutory claims such as Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, and NS make-up pay.
  9. Prepare and submit statutory surveys.
  10. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  11. Provide support in other areas of Human Resources practice when required and assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Min. 3 years of experience as HR Generalist with at least 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
  2. Possess strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and other relevant statutory legislations and regulatory requirements.
  3. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  5. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  6. Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel V-Lookup and PivotTable) and preferably Info-Tech.
