Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying organizational learning needs, developing and implementing learning solutions, and supporting talent development initiatives. This includes supporting managers in embedding L&D into the company culture, coordinating internal and external training sessions, overseeing education sponsorship, and maintaining training systems and records to ensure audit compliance
Responsible for conducting in-house training sessions for new hires and managers, including managing training logistics, preparing materials, engaging participants, and ensuring smooth delivery of both in-person and virtual programs. Also responsible for gathering feedback to ensure training effectiveness
Ensure compliance with training grants eg: CCP, JRR, Work-Study Diploma and regulatory requirements, maintain ATO and COJTC standards through audits, and enhance the capabilities of in-house trainers to uphold UTAC’s reputation as a learning organization
Manage performance management system, succession planning, and leadership development through assessments and data analysis to enhance organizational capabilities
Track training metrics, monitor employee participation, and provide monthly reports
Manage audit preparations and follow-ups while supporting HR improvement projects to enhance efficiency and compliance
Support HR improvement projects and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with the semiconductor industry or a fast-paced work environment will be an advantage
ACTA certification is preferred
Experience with e-learning platforms is preferred
