Job description

Our client, a listed leader in the resource energy and industrial systems industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage key HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across APAC regions. This role involves handling recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and administrative tasks for a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding.
  2. Lead job evaluation and salary benchmarking projects for APAC regions to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  3. Administer payroll for the Singapore office, including CPF submissions, payroll reports, and income tax declarations.
  4. Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they remain cost-effective and aligned with market trends.
  5. Assist with data preparation and analysis for annual performance appraisals, salary increments, and bonus distributions.
  6. Coordinate with the Admin team to plan and execute company events, managing the recreational budget.
  7. Prepare annual HR budgets and salary forecasts.
  8. Handle expat management, including work pass applications, income tax declarations, and support with housing, salary, medical, and educational matters as required by HQ.
  9. Serve as the liaison with government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, and CPF, while managing internal employee communications.
  10. Provide office administrative support and assist with logistics for company meetings, corporate events, and exhibitions.
  11. Ensure workplace compliance with statutory requirements, including monitoring of Safe Management Measures and Business Continuity Plans.
  12. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  2. Certification as IHRP-CA or IHRP-CP is highly preferred.
  3. At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a listed company within the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across levels.
  5. Experience working with Japanese companies or in multinational environments is an advantage.
  6. Proficient in HR management systems such as Times Software and SAP SuccessFactors, as well as Microsoft Office.
