Senior HR Executive/Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior HR Executive/Generalist to join our team at CROWN WORLDWIDE SINGAPORE. This is a full-time position based in the Pioneer. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic HR support and expertise to our growing business, ensuring our workforce is engaged, developed and supported to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing end-to-end HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and learning and development.
2. Manage full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives including sourcing, posting job advert/requisition, and facilitating interviews for the hiring managers.
3. Maintaining HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
4. Delivering proactive advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters - non confidential.
5. Collaborate with schools for internship opportunities directed to Uni or Polytechnic.
6. Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
7. Knowledge of payroll processes (Access Easy Pay) and HRIS system SuccessFactors.
8. All MOM related matters including employment Work Passes and MOM Surveys.
9. Familiar with training grants, MINDEF claims, and other government claims.

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
2. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
4. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work autonomously.
5. Degree/Diploma qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
