About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive / Generalist to join a MNC Company located in the Pioneer West Region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Onboarding and offboarding for non-managerial level, orientation plan and exit interview.
  2. Employee relations support. Processing new hires, employee changes and terminations in HRIS/DMS system, clarification on claims and leave entitlements updates, administration of referral programs, benefits administration and other similar duties.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR database, employee records and filing of documents and training updates.
  4. Manage full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives including sourcing, posting job advert/requisition, facilitated interviews for the hiring managers.
  5. Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
  7. Administer employee benefits i.e. insurance update and claims. Assist application apps on the inpatient/outpatient medical benefits.
  8. Update of documents such as employee handbook, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  9. Handle administration of employment contract for non-executive level.
  10. Collaborate with schools for internship opportunities direct to Uni or Polytechnic.
  11. All work passes related matters including Pass Application, Renewal & Cancellation.
  12. All MOM related matters including Work Right Inspection and MOM Surveys.
  13. Administer training grants, MINDEF claims and other government claims.
  14. Coordinate quarterly, festive and year-end events.
  15. Administer PWM in OED portal manpower updates and salary adjustment.
  16. Monitor long service recipients award, ordering of plaques and vouchers.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HR metrics.
