Senior HR Executive (Generalist)
Job description
Responsibilities
The incumbent will manage the full HR spectrum including recruitment, engagement, payroll and off boarding.
- Manage the full HR lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding including recruitment, engagement, retention and exit.
- Oversee the full cycle of payroll processing and administration.
- Manage the monthly CPF submissions, government claims and filing of tax submission.
- Submit statutory report and survey to the authorities.
- Manage the work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or related discipline with relevant HR working experience.
- Proficient in payroll functions.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed with local employment law and practices.
- Proficient with MS office application (e.g Excel, Word).
