Job description

Responsibilities

The incumbent will manage the full HR spectrum including recruitment, engagement, payroll and off boarding.

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding including recruitment, engagement, retention and exit.
  • Oversee the full cycle of payroll processing and administration.
  • Manage the monthly CPF submissions, government claims and filing of tax submission.
  • Submit statutory report and survey to the authorities.
  • Manage the work passes application, renewal and cancellation.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related discipline with relevant HR working experience.
  • Proficient in payroll functions.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed with local employment law and practices.
  • Proficient with MS office application (e.g Excel, Word).
