Senior HR Executive (Contract/Up to $4000/Talent Acquisition) [CS|HR]

Job Summary:

• Working hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm), Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Location: Buangkok
• Salary range: $3200 - $4000

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with strong interest in HR.
• Minimum 3 years in Human Resource function is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
• Proficient in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
• People oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant experience in healthcare sector or data analysis will be an advantage.
• Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change.
