Job Description:

Salary: Up to $5,200

Working location: Sungei Kadut, company transport provided

Company: Leading Construction company

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting HR Manager in reviewing, designing & implementing projects such as C&B, performance management, and career development.
2. Responsible for promotion, annual salary review, market adjustment, and year-end variable bonus.
3. Conduct salary surveys & benchmarking activities.
4. In charge of employee welfare activities.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
