As a Senior HR Executive, Business Partnering, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing full spectrum of HR functions and services.
• Focusing on talent acquisition, business partnering, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, facilitating a smooth integration into the institution.
• Manage offboarding activities, analyze trends, and collaborate with management on retention initiatives.
• Address day-to-day inquiries from staff and management, providing professional HR advice on interpreting policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Facilitate the performance appraisal process, ensuring objective reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking, and career development for medical staff.
• Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events.
• Prepare manpower reports for submission to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent fields
