Responsibilities:
Guide supervisors and managers in performance management including performance improvement program (PIP)
Guide supervisors and managers in handling grievances and disciplinary process
Manage employee movements such as transfer, re-designation, promotion, resignation, termination, absence without official leave, re-employment etc
Provide support in programmes and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement such as townhall, festive celebration, team building program and wellness activities in collaboration with various committees
Facilitate new hire orientation and briefing in online/classroom style
Prepare, analyse and present monthly and adhoc reports
Support employee relation or union-related matters
Support HR improvement projects
Execute recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure open positions are successfully filled. (applicable to Corporate HRBP role only)
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or Business Studies or related fields
At least 3 years in HR experience in a generalist / business partnering role preferably with industrial relations or union experience
Familiarity with semiconductor industry or fast paced environment will be advantageous
Highly adaptable and pro-active with initiative and drive
Passionate and internal customers orientated
Possess excellent communication and people management skill with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office Words, Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI
