Senior HR Executive (Banking Industry | Up to $6000)

We are working with an International Bank and they are looking for a Senior HR Executive who will be in charge of day-to-day operations.

Role:

1. Responsible for day-to-day HR & administrative work duties
2. End-to-end recruitment including curating a pleasant onboarding
3. Main point of contact for employee, answering inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, etc.
4. Updating HR policies, employee handbook, and rolling out initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
5. Employee relations including resolving employee conflict, employee discipline, and organizing employee engagement initiatives
6. Participate in compensation & benefits exercise including salary proposals, administering benefits
7. Maintain accurate HR documentation and record-keeping
8. Support on performance management
9. Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related discipline.
2. At least 3-5 years’ operational experience as HR Generalist, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
4. Ability to work independently
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
