Handle recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to successful onboarding of selected applicants.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure sufficient staffing levels are met to address both current and future workforce needs.
Oversee and enhance the HR management system for efficient operations.
Supervise the HR Executive in day-to-day HR operations, such as statutory submissions, employment pass applications, etc.
Compile and present monthly HR reports to management.
Design and implement training programs, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure effective training and development initiatives are delivered across the organization.
Liaise with the company’s business partners to secure necessary certifications and maintain the company's partner status.
Handle the submission of government training grants and subsidies when required.
Promote a positive work environment, encouraging team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience handling the full spectrum of HR duties and recruitment process.
Experience working in mid-sized companies (>40 pax) is preferred.
