Your Job

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be integral in supporting various human resource functions that include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute significantly to the overall success of the HR department. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be key in handling day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

Our Team

You will be working within the DSS division, reporting directly to the Sr Manager, HR. Our team collaborates across all levels of employees and the broader HR organization. We also engage with external contacts such as HR practitioners, interest groups, consultants, vendors, search agencies, government bodies, and educational and training institutions.

What You Will Do

Recruitment and Staffing:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  2. Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  3. Maintain recruitment records and documentation.

Employee Onboarding:

  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and induction programs.
  2. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.

HR Administration:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
  2. Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  3. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.

Compliance and Policies:

  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  2. Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

Others:

  1. Support various HR projects and initiatives as required.
  2. Conduct data analysis/research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.
  3. Participate in HR process improvement efforts.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, delayed payments, work pass issues, and other concerns, while facilitating communication with HRS to resolve these issues.
  5. Participate in and support Global/Regional HR transformation/improvement projects.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma with relevant working experience.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  3. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong HR knowledge and analytical skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  8. Good organization, planning, and prioritizing skills.
  9. Proactive and self-motivated.
