We are looking for independent and self-motivated individual to join us as Senior HR Executive. The HR Executive willmanage all aspects of employee engagement and interaction with the organization including daily operation, payroll, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Main Activities:
Full spectrum of HR Lifecycle: Compensation & Benefit Administration, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance etc.
Compensation & Benefit:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing according to specified timeline.
Review & streamline Pay policy & processes for better efficiency.
Contribute to the development of Salary benchmarking and internal salary structure.
Work Pass Management:
Handle work passes and quota administration.
Onboarding/Off Boarding:
Prepare the necessary onboarding materials for new employees.
Co-ordinate with inter-departments for new employees’ orientation.
Follow up closely on the employee’s confirmation until competition.
Conduct exit interview & Clearance for resigned employees.
Prepare the necessary documentations for offboarding.
HRIS Administration:
Manage employee data and records by ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, organizing employee records.
Generate reports and analytics from BIPO HRIS system.
