Our Client is an Established Government Services Corporation. They are looking for an individual to join their growing business as a Senior Human Resource Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the creation and implementation of initiatives that strengthen the company's core values and culture.
  2. Serve as a culture ambassador, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of values across all organizational levels.
  3. Conduct culture assessments, offering actionable insights to improve the workplace environment.
  4. Work closely with leadership to nurture an inclusive, diverse, and cohesive workplace culture.
  5. Design and execute engagement programs that boost employee satisfaction and retention.
  6. Lead employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop corporate-level action plans to enhance engagement.
  7. Organize events and initiatives that foster team spirit, wellness, and recognition of employee achievements.
  8. Partner with managers to identify areas for improvement and implement programs to elevate employee engagement.
  9. Facilitate open communication by developing platforms that encourage feedback, dialogue, and transparency throughout the organization.
  10. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting positive workplace relationships.
  11. Ensure clear communication of engagement initiatives, keeping employees informed about opportunities for involvement.
  12. Track and monitor employee engagement metrics, preparing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  13. Analyze trends from engagement surveys and feedback tools to refine engagement strategies.
  14. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in organizational culture and engagement practices.
  15. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity within the workplace.
  16. Support the design of onboarding processes that effectively introduce new hires to the company’s culture and values.
  17. Contribute to talent retention strategies aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  1. Min. Diploma in Any Field
  2. Min. 2 years of Professional Relevant Experience in Human Resource

Other information:

  1. Working Location: Central
  2. Working Hours: Office Hours, Monday to Friday
  3. Basic Salary: $3,800 onwards + Bonuses
