Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR-related activities for Singapore offices, including payroll using OpenSoft for approximately 150 headcounts.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
  • Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure they meet employee needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software (OpenSoft will be an added advantage), office management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
