Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all HR-related activities for Singapore offices, including payroll using OpenSoft for approximately 150 headcounts.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities within the organization.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure they meet employee needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Executive role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software (OpenSoft will be an added advantage), office management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
