Job description

Healthcare Industry

Duration: 6 months subject to extendable

Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding of new employee.
  • Ensure end-to-end recruitment process is carried out in accordance with SOP.
  • Work closely with HODs on manpower planning for respective departments.
  • Implement recruitment strategies for respective departments to meet manpower needs.
  • Ensure efficient end-to-end process with onboarding new hires and exits.
  • Work closely with department heads and provide manpower reporting analysis such as recruitment and attrition data.
  • Assist and provide advice to Department Heads on the processes and requirements of the TPM cycle.
  • Provide TPM updates to departments and outcomes of calibration.
  • Engage both line managers and Department heads regularly to understand and advise on ground issues.
  • Provide solutions on issues raised by both line managers and Department heads and work with respective HR departments to provide solutions.
  • Provide guidance and assist Department Heads in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with TM & HODs to ensure the Talent Identification programme is effective.
  • Follow up on TI/SP review action items.
  • Plan IDPs for Talents and follow up on the quality of the IDPs with HODs.
  • Plan and coordinate Engagement Sessions for DyCE and follow up on arising matters.
  • Work closely with L&D on course schedules and ad hoc course nominations.
  • Plan and organize non-cluster courses aligned with business and cluster needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in processing HR records/data
  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
  • Able to work under tight timelines and respond to changing priorities
  • IT savvy and comfortable with using Microsoft Excel to handle large amounts of data
  • Organized, meticulous, and proactive
