1. Responsible for paid traffic growth, developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies according to the company's strategic goals;
2. Optimize budget, creatives, placement, audience in order to achieve ROAS/ROI targets (Twitter, Facebook/Instagram or other social media channels);
3. Track weekly/monthly/quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively;
4. Plan, execute and report for local market teams to promote market specific campaigns;
5. Participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities.

1. Experience with media buying from performance marketing agency, fintech or financial industry;
2. Hands-on experience setting up and optimising app installation campaigns is a must;
3. Good command of the English language; Mandarin will be a plus;
4. Strong network within the Crypto & Blockchain space, resources of agencies/community/KOL/influencer is a plus;
5. Proven track record in paid ads/performance marketing;
6. Comes with a positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented mindset;
7. Experience using Appsflyer, Amplitude/Tableau will be a plus.
