Senior Full-Stack Java Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Java Developer with strong leadership and architecture design expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

1. System Architecture Design: Take ownership of designing a robust and scalable system architecture using the Spring Boot + Vue stack.
2. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor our existing Java and Vue developers, elevating the overall technical proficiency of the team.
3. Development Guidance and Project Management: Provide technical guidance, oversee the development process, and implement a comprehensive testing plan to ensure high-quality project delivery.
4. Database Management: Proficient in MySQL, with hands-on experience in database design and performance optimization.

Requirements

1. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant full-stack development.
2. Strong Java Development Skills: Expertise in Java programming, especially with the Spring Boot framework, capable of independently handling complex backend tasks.
3. Front-End Skills: Experience with Vue for front-end development, with the ability to work across the full stack.
4. MySQL Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of MySQL, including query optimization and efficient database structure design.
5. Spoken Language: English AND Chinese advantageous (if you cannot speak Chinese but you are highly skilled, we still welcome you to apply :) )

Compensation will be commensurate with your experience and skill set. The maximum salary stated is for guidance and can be negotiated according to your experience and skill set.
