We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Expertise to join our team, focusing on the development of seasoning mix for culinary and seasoning blend for marination. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in savory product development and will possess a strong understanding of savory flavor applications. This role demands creativity, open-mindedness, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Create and develop seasoning blends for food service ensuring alignment with client requirements, process needed and market trends.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sensory, creation, and marketing to bring innovative, high-quality and market relevant solution or idea and prototype to the clients.
3. Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure seasoning blends meet desired taste profiles and quality standards.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and competitiveness in the product line.
5. Provide technical support and expertise to clients, addressing any challenges or concerns related to seasoning applications.
6. Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, processes, and testing results for all product development projects.
7. Optimize and troubleshoot existing seasoning formulations to improve product performance and cost-efficiency.

You bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in savory product development. Food service-related experience is preferred.
3. Good understanding of savory flavors, ingredients, materials and manufacturing process.
4. Proven track record of developing successful seasoning formulations.
5. Experience with sensory evaluation and flavor profiling.
6. Creative, Open-Minded, and Results-Driven: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to seasoning formulations, while maintaining a systematic approach to problem-solving, embracing new challenges, and adapting to dynamic environments for continuous growth and improvement.
