Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to Personal Systems Management teams regarding all non-materials costs of manufacturing (MVA) and what these assembly operations "Should Cost". The analyst will participate in cross-functional initiatives, guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.

7. Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
8. Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
9. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
10. Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP usually possess:

1. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
2. Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
