Woodlands Health (WH) provides care for the North-Western population in Singapore. We will operate a purpose-built integrated Campus set to open progressively from 2023. The Campus will include a fully integrated acute and community hospital, specialist outpatient clinics, intermediate and long-term care facilities and green healing spaces. We will offer a comprehensive range of acute, sub-acute, rehabilitative and transitional care services, working closely with partners to deliver seamless care within and beyond our Campus. Since 2016, WH has started serving and empowering residents in their health journey through our Community Nurse Posts and outreach efforts. In September 2020, WH introduced the GPFirst Programme in the North and opened the first community-based Urgent Care Centre at Kampung Admiralty making urgent care more accessible to residents living nearby.

Job Description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analyse and report on monthly departmental reports (actual vs budget) and highlight any areas of improvement.
2. Assist in the annual revenue and projection cycles.
3. Perform costing and pricing for services/programs/new initiatives.
4. Provide financial analytics support for value-based initiatives.
5. Participate in understanding system relationships, system structure, and end-to-end flow.
6. Assist in system setup including performing UAT.
7. Perform feasibility analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and build scenarios relating to new/existing projects or programs.
8. Any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Statistics/Business Analytics.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Experience in the healthcare industry with management accounting or data analytics as an added advantage.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Meticulous, adaptable, and comfortable with changes.
7. Good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Proactive and team player mindset.
9. Financial modeling skills will be an advantage.
10. Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, or analytical tools will be an advantage.
