Responsibilities:

• Manage sales of Singapore/Japan-made products to customers in Southeast Asia and India.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote products, focusing on automotive semiconductor markets.
• Align global growth strategies and lead the team to achieve objectives for automotive semiconductor business.
• Direct marketing planning, analysis, and market development to meet business goals.
• Monitor and analyze weekly sales performance and implement actions to maintain or grow sales.
• Analyze market trends and competition to develop effective strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and expand market share.
• Support presentations, evaluations, and negotiations to drive growth.
• Manage accounts receivables for assigned customers.

Requirements:

• Degree holders.
• Prefer possess Sales and marketing experience in semiconductor industry. However, on-the-job training will be provided for candidates without prior work experience.
• Open to travel to Southeast Asia and India, upon work assignment.
