Senior Financial Analyst

Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for senior financial analyst(s), located in Singapore.

The Supply Chain Finance team is involved in managing the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, which includes the processes involved in sourcing, producing, and delivering products or services to customers. This includes managing costs, mitigating risk, and optimizing performance across the entire supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals typically work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes. They analyze data and report on supply chain performance metrics, develop financial strategies, and implement plans to realize cost-saving opportunities. Overall, supply chain finance plays a critical role in ensuring that a company's supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.

The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee product costing, support financial decisions through detailed analysis, ensure compliance and drive process improvements. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, stay updated on market trends and contribute to strategic projects.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following:

General Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and calculate costs for new products during their launch
2. Review, analyze and cost the entire product portfolio during the annual budget process
3. Collaborate with production, procurement and delivery teams to ensure accurate standard cost
4. Provide accurate data and perform detailed cost analyses to support financial decision-making
5. Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures
6. Focus on process improvement and standardization
7. Keep up to date on Supply Chain market trends and examine key indicators
8. Share business and financial best practices/procedures
9. Participate in other special projects as needed
10. Perform other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

1. A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
2. 4-6 years of experience
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
4. Cost and Inventory accounting experience
5. Strong financial modeling skills
6. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
7. The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

Desired Qualifications

1. Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
2. Experience as Finance or related business partner
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Compliance background and experience
