This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to Personal Systems Management teams in regards to all non-materials costs of manufacturing (MVA) and what these assembly operations "Should Cost". The analyst will participate in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP usually possess:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
