Senior Finance Manager (SGX-Listed)

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the financial health and reporting processes. You will ensure statutory compliance, manage operations, and drive data analysis, FP&A and transformation efforts. Description

• Manage financial reporting and analysis for Singapore entities
• Ensure the timely and accurate submission of management and statutory financial reports
• Provide stakeholders with insightful analysis to aid in management decision-making
• Oversee Group treasury functions, including cash flow planning and banking activities
• Lead and enhance the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures to align with business changes while maintaining strong controls
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents
• Handle SGX reporting obligations
• Conduct industry financial analysis and present findings to senior management
• Perform any other ad-hoc finance tasks as required

Profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA
• 8 years of relevant working experience, with a strong foundation in finance and accounting operations
• Proven experience in operational accounting, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial management
• Team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
