Senior Finance Manager / Manufacturing Industry

Our client is a Life Science Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
2. Lead consolidation of financial data across entities, ensuring accuracy.
3. Monitor and manage regional budgets, analyzing variances and recommending corrective measures.
4. Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgetary objectives are aligned with operational needs.
5. Track financial performance against set budgets and forecasts.
6. Identify financial risks and opportunities, suggesting strategies to mitigate risks.
7. Implement and monitor effective financial controls.
8. Work with other departments to ensure financial goals support overall business objectives.
9. Oversee the coordination of external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
10. Lead, train, and develop a regional finance team.
11. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Min Degree in accounting or equivalent.
2. Min 10 years’ relevant working experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; ERP system experience is a bonus.
