Senior / Finance Manager (manufacturing background only)

My client is a leading provider of sensory technology experience solutions company, seeking a Snr/Finance Manager to lead the financial oversight for the region, focusing on cost management, financial forecasting, and business partnering.

You will work closely with business unit leaders to monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities, provide strategic financial insights, and guide finance teams toward continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include managing accounting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting, ensuring timely filings, and supporting finance integration in mergers and acquisitions. This is a high-impact role requiring proactive project management skills to drive regional financial stability and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting (must have done cost management of raw materials in manufacturing MNC).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a regional role within an MNC, in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China).
