Senior Finance Manager (Logistics) - Tanjong Pagar - $15000 - Urgent

Annual Salary: $15000 x 12 Months (No AWS/VB)
Reports to CFO
Ad-hoc travelling with CFO to Regional countries
Independent Contributor (One man show)
9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (No WFH)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the group consolidation process, including the review and analysis of consolidated financial statements.
2. Analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, prepare presentations for senior management, and provide variance analysis and financial insights.
3. Ensure adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, or other applicable accounting standards.
4. Coordinate with subsidiaries and business units to gather and consolidate financial data accurately and efficiently.
5. Perform analytical reviews of consolidated financial statements to identify key variances and trends.
6. Research and interpret accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters.
7. Draft and review technical accounting papers, memos, and policy updates to ensure compliance and address emerging accounting issues.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and sales, to support financial integration and reporting requirements.
9. Partner with IT and SAP consultants to implement and configure SAP modules for financial consolidation and reporting processes.
