Senior Finance Manager/ Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficient processing and timely payment disbursements.
• Collaborate with Strategic Planning and IT teams to lead finance-related transformation projects, including reporting, forecasting, shared services, and system capability enhancements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all internal, external, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Lead month-end closing activities, including reviewing Balance Sheet Schedules, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow forecasting and management.
• Prepare reports for government grants and funding applications.
• Act as the liaison with internal/external auditors, bankers, government agencies, and vendors.
• Work closely with Procurement stakeholders to ensure a smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize finance processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiencies.
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place, adhering to corporate policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance
• Around 8 - 10 years of experience with APAC regional experience
• Experience in leading finance transformational projects
• Good logic in financial accounting, internal control, analytical & problem-solving skills
