Collaborate with Strategic Planning and IT teams to lead finance-related transformation projects, including reporting, forecasting, shared services, and system capability enhancements.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all internal, external, and statutory reporting requirements.
Lead month-end closing activities, including reviewing Balance Sheet Schedules, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow forecasting and management.
Prepare reports for government grants and funding applications.
Act as the liaison with internal/external auditors, bankers, government agencies, and vendors.
Work closely with Procurement stakeholders to ensure a smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize finance processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiencies.
Ensure strong internal controls are in place, adhering to corporate policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy/Finance
Around 8 - 10 years of experience with APAC regional experience
Experience in leading finance transformational projects
Good logic in financial accounting, internal control, analytical & problem-solving skills
