Senior Finance Manager (Central | MNC | up to $12,000)

Headquartered in the US, our client is in the healthcare analytics industry with a global presence. Currently, the team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the team. This person will lead a team and report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial operations and timely reporting for the Group.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for scenario planning to support business objectives.
• Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on relevant matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial issues.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
• Improve/implement recommendations to enhance internal controls and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field; Chartered Accountants are welcomed to apply.
• At least 8-10 years of working experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in healthcare settings.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and good time management.
• Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
