SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial operations, including AP, AR, treasury, and cash flow to ensure smooth financial transactions and operational efficiency
2. Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies to minimize risks and enhance governance
4. Oversee cash flow management, monitor liquidity, and optimize working capital to support business needs
5. Identify financial risks, implement internal controls, and establish best practices to safeguard company assets
6. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive cost optimization and revenue growth
7. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their capabilities and improve performance
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
9. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in industry preferred (e.g. technology, financials related)
3. Working experience in leading a team is a must
4. Conscientious and meticulous personality
5. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
