Senior Finance Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role involves partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance, ensuring effective financial planning, performance monitoring and outcomes for the Singapore business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead annual budgeting, ensuring development in accordance with strategy & business plans
• Report on project performance, including income, costs to complete, working capital, change control
• Control the financial performance of the project and propose action plans to improve margin, cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks
• Manage team performance, strategy execution work planning, development and engagement
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified ACCA / CPA / Chartered Accountant
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Experienced Finance Business Partner
• Analytical maturity to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in excel, Power BI and financial software and able to leverage these tools effectively
• Ability to inspire confidence and trust among leadership
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
• Familiar with Oracle accounting system an advantage
• Accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness
• Good interpersonal and business communication skills
• Hands-on, self-motivated, business results-oriented, strong initiative, team player
