Consolidate and prepare group management reports with business insights and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and budget reporting.
Responsible for establishing, reviewing, and updating group financial policies/SOPs to safeguard company assets, mitigate risks, and ensure integrity of financial reporting in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with Group business strategic plans and objectives.
Monitor financial performance against targets and provide variance analysis.
Implement corrective actions where appropriate.
Supervise and optimize Group treasury function.
Oversee Group statutory audits, ensure timely resolution of audit queries, and handle statutory account filings.
Ensure compliance with GST, income tax, and tax planning.
Review and maintain existing financial models based on updated and projected information to aid decision-making/planning at the senior management level.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, ERP systems, and controls, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support in their professional development.
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/ Qualified CA.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role and with strong financial accounting background, including budgeting and consolidation.
Have experience in Group consolidation.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal & communication skills with an analytical mindset.
High integrity, disciplined, well organized, committed, and able to adhere to deadlines.
