Senior Finance Manager

This is a Senior Finance Manager position with a Listed Engineering company. The company is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the financial management and strategy of a SGX-listed organisation.

A leading engineering firm, the company offers multiple services to support large-scale infrastructure projects. Ability to support a diverse group of industries, the client has a strong pipeline of multi-million projects under its belt.

Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies for the company and its subsidiaries, to achieve business goals and enhance shareholder value.
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, provide financial insights and recommendations on new investment opportunities.
3. Ensure full compliance with SGX reporting requirements, adhere to group policy and corporate governance standards.
4. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents, and business partner with other internal stakeholders.
5. Perform project controlling responsibilities, optimise cash flow and working capital, recognise cost and revenue based on project milestones set.

Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CA/CPA/ACCA qualification required.
2. Minimum 12 years of combined experience in external audit and commercial finance experience, preferably in an SGX-listed or publicly traded company, managed finance team of more than 5 headcounts.
3. Strong knowledge of SGX reporting requirements, IFRS standards, and regulatory frameworks.
4. Proven track record in strategic financial planning and project controlling according to project milestones.
5. Industry experience in construction, engineering and industrial set ups will be highly advantageous.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
