(Senior) Finance Manager

As part of their succession planning and steady growth, they are looking for a hands-on and steadfast professional to lead their finance team as the (Senior) Finance Manager.

About the job

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage a small team with responsibility for the full spectrum of financial accounting services including consolidation, full sets, monthly closing and reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, handling tax matters for mostly Singapore-based clients. You will be involved in liaising with external auditors, as well as driving best practices in ensuring a robust finance framework and processes to strengthen internal controls and compliance and also drive improvements on reporting and systems. You will also oversee payroll operations and be comfortable working on the client's site if required.

Skills and experience required

You should ideally be degree qualified with ACCA and/or CA with at least 8 years of hands-on accounting experience handling the full spectrum of accounting, with an understanding of corporate/individual tax. You are proficient with accounting software like Xero, MYOB, and/or SAP. You have great interpersonal skills and are comfortable in dealing with a portfolio of clients.
