Description

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Ensure the timely completion of management and statutory financial reporting, with a focus on delivering sound financial analysis.
• Oversee cash flow planning and handle all bank-related matters.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting exercises to ensure accurate and reliable financial projections.
• Develop and implement new financial policies and processes to align with evolving business needs while ensuring robust internal control.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to PSPM, ROP, and AML.
• Manage annual insurance renewals and oversee coverage for various risks.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents.
• Set up new entities and plan their respective accounting structures.
• Handle ad-hoc finance duties as required by the business.

Profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA.
• 8 years of relevant working experience, with a strong foundation in finance and accounting operations.
• Proven experience in operational accounting, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial management.
• Team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
