Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly Maritime Group consolidated financial reports, with insightful commentaries and analysis of Group performance, including presentation to top management on the results.
Plan, co-ordinate and review yearly Budget and monthly Forecasts for the Maritime Group, including engaging with various stakeholders and incorporating any ad-hoc requests from Management.
Lead the preparation of annual Group statutory financial statement and liaise with external auditors, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work as part of a team and with management to prepare slides for presentation to the Board of Directors.
Review and present cash flow forecast at monthly management meetings.
Serve as a key point of contact for management and stakeholders regarding financial reporting matters.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Work closely with Business Finance team on various projects.
Support various process harmonizing and improvement initiatives, including monitoring, maintaining, and improving the reporting structure and templates.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
ISCA/ACCA qualified.
Team player, good communicator, meticulous and attention to detail.
10+ years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on financial reporting and consolidation.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
Prior experience in Big Four will be an advantage.
Self-starter, independent and require minimum supervision.
