Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate the preparation and consolidation of quarterly financial reports for the Group, providing meaningful insights and performance analysis for internal board presentations and compliance with SGX disclosure requirements.
• Organize, coordinate, and refine the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the Group, collaborating with stakeholders and addressing ad-hoc management requests.
• Oversee the development of annual statutory financial statements, ensuring alignment with internal controls, regulatory standards, and facilitating smooth communication with external auditors.
• Manage SGX-related reporting responsibilities.
• Collaborate with management and team members to prepare presentation materials for Board meetings.
• Oversee treasury operations, including managing cash flow planning, banking relationships, and related financial activities.
• Lead, coach, and nurture a team of five professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
• Perform financial analysis on industry trends and deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Assist business units in analyzing strategic investment, divestment, and operational decisions during acquisition or divestment activities.
• Drive the annual review and updates of Financial Authorisation Limits.
• Assess current workflows and systems to identify areas for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Contribute to ongoing process standardization and improvement projects, ensuring consistency in reporting formats and templates.
• Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by senior management or departmental heads as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy and Finance or equivalent qualification such as ACCA.
• Professional certifications like CPA/CA would be beneficial.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including team leadership.
• Hands-on experience in operational accounting and day-to-day financial management.
• Proficiency in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International), tax regulations, and compliance requirements for listed companies.
