SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

JOB SCOPE:

1. Manages and oversees accounting functions.
2. Supervises and schedules staff in organization support operations.
3. Manage the finance team, providing guidance and training.
4. Maintains integrity of all revenues, complying with organization policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
5. Oversees capital assets projects, ensuring organizations goals are being met.
6. Compile fiscal estimates and reporting.
7. Ensures compliance with accounting procedures.
8. Prepare and manage production of management accounts in a timely and accurate fashion.
9. Prepare and analyse financial reports for management meetings.
10. Review monthly accounts reconciliation.
11. Liaise with tax agents and ensure timely submission of corporate income tax.
12. Prepare quarterly reports requested by the authority.
13. Assist in any ad hoc assignment requested by Finance Director such as yearly budget, tender documents, operational statistics.
14. Liaise with external auditors and handle yearly external audits and half-yearly audit schedules for Group reporting.
15. Review and update internal controls SOP for finance functions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Professional certifications CA/ACCA/CPA designation highly preferred.
3. Experience with ASX reporting requirements and have the ability to manage financial control processes.
4. More than five years of management experience in finance with a similar organization or with an MNC preferred.
