Senior Finance Executive (Retail | Central)

Adecco is partnering with a Renowned Retail Company. We are looking for an accounting professional with experience in handling GL portfolios or full sets of accounts to join the team.

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will work closely with the Finance Manager for GL, month-end closing and reporting responsibilities for the Singapore entity.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full sets of accounts and work with the finance shared service team.
2. Inventory management: Liaise with retail and warehouse colleagues.
3. Manage monthly accrual journal entries and accounts.
4. Handle relevant monthly and quarterly close activities.
5. Assist in budget & forecast activities and business performance analysis.
6. Preparation of management and financial reporting.
7. Work with external auditors and tax consultants, and submission of GST.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or possesses relevant professional certifications - ACCA/CA/CPA.
2. More than 3 years of relevant accounting experience and exposure working in an FMCG/retail company.
3. Proficient in SAP accounting system and possesses good interpersonal skills.
4. Candidate with immediate notice or short notice is preferred.
