Senior Finance Executive | One North | Up to $4,000

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to support key accounting operations and projects. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in finance and a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in financial closing activities, including month-end and year-end closing
2. Review and track financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
3. Support management reporting, including annual budget cycles and variance analysis
4. Collaborate with stakeholders on financial and budgetary matters
5. Contribute to project initiatives, including process automation and digitalization

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification
2. Strong analytical skills with high learning agility and adaptability
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Meticulous and well-organized, with strong attention to detail
5. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines effectively
6. Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of financial systems a plus
