Responsible for preparing group and sub-group consolidated financial statements
Perform the reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances
Responsible for the full sets of accounts for the Holding Company
Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements and annual report
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities or agencies
Assist in all finance-related matters, including maintaining finance records, reconciliation, and audit schedules
Quarterly GST submission
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA)
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally with prior audit experience with a public accounting firm or commercial experience with financial reporting at the group level; job position offered will depend on qualification and experience
Good knowledge of group consolidation
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
