Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing group and sub-group consolidated financial statements
• Perform the reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances
• Responsible for the full sets of accounts for the Holding Company
• Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements and annual report
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities or agencies
• Assist in all finance-related matters, including maintaining finance records, reconciliation, and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST submission
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA)
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally with prior audit experience with a public accounting firm or commercial experience with financial reporting at the group level; job position offered will depend on qualification and experience
• Good knowledge of group consolidation
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous with details and accurate with numbers
• Possess an analytical mind and results-oriented
• Independent and able to initiate
• Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident only
