Senior Facility Control Manager

We’re searching for a Senior Control Manager to be part of our Facilities Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

1. Sustain and provide high quality, non-interruption FMCS system
2. Effective instrument management (PM/calibration/verification/trouble shooting)
3. Manage quality system (SPC, OOC, EAR, FMEA, CAR, Audits, excursions handling…)
4. Manage PM/CM executive of department
5. Develop and bring up the team with knowledge, skills and outperform deliverables
6. Major scope includes FMCS (SCADA/Server/SQL/PLC), Life Safety System (LSS or gas detection system), AMC analyzer system, ionizer system, CCTV, security card access, PA, Walkie Talkie, etc.
7. PM executive and close loop management for outstanding items and issues
8. Provide solutions for control, monitoring, reports, trouble shooting, which are requested from on duty and/or systems’ owners, including alarm handling, trend behavior analysis, SPC and PM executive summary, etc.
9. Document management of department up to date (OI/SOP/FMEA/mother fab related,…)
10. Audits coordination from internal 3rd party and external customers/insurance
11. Coach, mentor and bring up the team members to be competent and successors

More about you:

1. Major in control or electrical or electronic or mechanical engineering
2. Above 2 years’ control manager experience
3. Above 8 years’ wafer fab facility operation experience
4. Front End Wafer fab operation experience is a must
5. Strong technical knowledge for at least in two disciplines of four major disciplines –
6. Control/instrument, electrical, mechanical, water treatment, gas & chemical systems
7. Certificated or experienced on SCADA/PLC/Server/PC/Database/AI/Power BI/CAD
8. Project management experience, PMP certification will be a plus
9. Problem solving skills, and strong practices of SPC / FMEA / 3x5 whys methodology
